Install instructions

Windows:

(EN) Extract the zip file somewhere and run the exe file. Windows will prompt a  message, click 'more info' and 'execute anyway'.

(NL) Pak de zip map uit en start daarna het .exe bestand. Windows geeft een waarschuwing, klik op 'meer info' en dan op 'Toch uitvoeren'.
